Job:

• Harry is a salesman. In addition to selling the company’s products, he is responsible for entering information about his customers and the orders they make.
• If errors are found in the information entered, he must correct it.
• If one of his customer records is merged with another, he is asked to confirm the collapse is valid.
• He may also make updates to customer information which may also result in duplicate record being detected. (Such as a name change or DOB correction).
• Harry is involved in the fraud investigation because some of his customers are affected.
